I loved capturing Erica & Brian’s spring wedding day at Lucy by Cescaphe, a classic, timeless, and modern wedding venue in Philly. It was a day full of love, happy tears, and lots of fun (when I say the dance floor was LITTTT, I mean it!).

The venue’s chandeliers cast a warm glow on the marble floors below, while ivory wall paneling and stunning accents created an inviting atmosphere.

I recommend the Cescaphe wedding venues in Philly because the team truly goes above and beyond for the couples. Being an all-inclusive wedding venue, they offer help planning your day, and you receive a whole team of trained professionals dedicated to making your day perfect. You get to infuse your unique style and details while keeping it as stress-free as possible for yourselves!

After a heartfelt ceremony in The Lucy’s intimate ceremony space, guests were treated to a cocktail hour featuring the venue’s finest drinks at their open bar. The celebration then moved to the grand ballroom, where chevron wood floors and accented carpeting emphasized the venue’s attention to detail.

Erica & Brian’s wedding day was filled with many unforgettable moments, and I was so happy to be there to witness and capture them all. The maids of honor helped her get dressed, which is such a special moment to share with someone on your wedding day. I loved that they added matching robes into the mix, as well!

The emotional first look between the bride and her father had me sobbing behind the camera! One thing you need to know if you choose to have me be there for your big day, I’ll be emotionally invested in it from start to finish!

After all those start-of-the-day moments and the ceremony at The Lucy by Cescaphe, we headed to the Merchant Exchange Building for the formal photos.

But it was the dance floor that truly encapsulated the fun spirit of Erica & Brian’s wedding at The Lucy by Cescaphe. The energy was electric, with guests and the newlyweds alike dropping it like it’s hot!

Formal Photos at Merchants’ Exchange Building

After the ceremony, the bride and groom, their wedding party, and parents escaped to the historic Merchants’ Exchange Building for their formal photo session. This is an iconic photo spot in Philadelphia for the beautiful architecture, as well as the stunning downtown Philly vibes.

I’ve really got to give props to the wedding party. They were amazing, letting loose and having so much fun with their formal shots! And those champagne color bridesmaid dresses were incredible, are you kidding me? But speaking of bridesmaids – one particularly sweet moment of the day was when a few of them lifted the bride to ease her sore feet. Ugh, talk about besties!
